ASSISTANT LAWYER/ ATTORNEY WANTED

Belle Law Firm is a modern and growing law firm with its headquarters just outside central Stockholm, branch office in Norrtälje, and receptions in Uppsala and Hallstahammar.

We represent individuals in human rights law (criminal cases, social law, migration, family law) and companies in business law (corporate law, transactions, contracts, GDPR, disputes, liquidations). We are what is called a general practice firm.

With us, the work is varied and developing – one day you might sit as a victim's counsel in a criminal trial, the next day negotiate a share transfer agreement or draft a commercial lease. The pace is sometimes high, and the service level to our clients is high.

More about the role

• Independently and in teams manage cases within the firm's areas of practice
• Litigate in general courts and administrative courts
• Draft and review contracts, submissions, and legal investigations
• Maintain close client contact and contribute to the firm's continued development

Qualifications

• We believe you have completed your clerkship at a district court or administrative court. If you haven't, it is a requirement to have worked at least one (1) year at a law firm. Applications that do not meet the above will not be considered.
• Excellent ability to express yourself in speech and writing
• You have high integrity and are good at handling people in vulnerable situations
• You are responsible, meticulous, and can work independently.
• You have a B driver's license and preferably access to your own car (travel within Sweden may occur)
