Quality Strategist Wanted in Stockholm

Jefferson Wells is now looking for a quality strategist for a consulting assignment with our client in the public sector in Stockholm. As a quality strategist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the operations and contribute to governance and development. Assignment Length: 3 months, with a possibility of extension for 1.5 months

About the Role of Quality Strategist:

As a quality strategist at Jefferson Wells, working with our client in the public sector, you will support existing quality strategists in their daily work. The assignment involves working with the municipality's planning and follow-up processes, driving quality and development issues, and contributing to the development of the municipality's governance system. You will also conduct analyses that provide decision support and support operational development. The role suits you who thrive in a strategic and collaborative function where you get to work closely with both operations and management.

Common Tasks:

• Work with planning and follow-up of operations related to the municipality's governance processes.
• Drive quality and development issues at a cross-municipal level.
• Contribute to the development of governance systems and working methods.
• Conduct analyses that support strategic decisions.
• Support the work with annual reports and internal control.

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic education in political science, social science, or equivalent. You have experience working with cross-municipal operational governance and quality work in a politically governed organization. To thrive in this role, you need to be collaborative, relationship-building, and comfortable working in a team. You also have analytical skills and are used to driving processes forward.

Additionally, we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience leading and driving processes.
• Experience in quality and development issues at a cross-municipal level.
• Experience in analytical work that supports strategic decisions.
• Experience in internal control and follow-up.
• Experience in goal and activity follow-up related to annual reports.
