We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, unpretentious, responsible, and proactive. You should have a high level of service, a good overview of your area of responsibility, and be able to suggest improvements for the customer. We hope that you also have an ear for the customer's needs and a sense for upselling.
Employment Scope
The position is full-time with ISS, located at the customer site in central Stockholm with an initial 6-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00.

About the Role
Your tasks will include being responsible for reception duties for guests via email, phone, and in-person, preparing meeting rooms and conference rooms, and managing orders for food and beverages. Additionally, you will be responsible for bookings, maintain close contact with suppliers, and assist employees with information.
In the role, you will also:
- Catering – prepare and serve standing breakfast in the office and deliver and order catering for meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Security – manage access cards and permissions, alarms.
- Mail and courier management: postage machine, order couriers, pack, etc.
- Assist with scanning, copying, printing for customers and employees.
- Confidentiality management, check and order pickups as needed.
- Waste reporting.
- Coffee machine and dishwasher, clean, refill, and troubleshoot.
- Assist employees with ad hoc questions and take care of general office well-being.
- Keep the office tidy in kitchens/pantries, reception, and all other common areas such as storage, open landscapes, and conference rooms.
- Dish management (loading and unloading the dishwasher, tidying in common areas and kitchens).
Qualifications:
- Experience in reception for at least one year.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- You are proactive, independent, and loyal.
- You are unpretentious, flexible, and not afraid to take on tasks that may arise and prioritize - you see what needs to be done and do it!
- Experience in improving corporate culture.
- Easy to build relationships with customers.
- You have the ability to collaborate in a team.
- You are used to using a computer as a tool.
