Sports Consultant/Clerk at Råsunda IS

We are looking for an engaged, independent, and driven person. Previous experience in similar roles is a merit. However, the most important thing is that you are passionate about sports and association activities, are social and outgoing, and want to work in the hub that the office should be in a sports club.

As a sports consultant/clerk, you will work with many and varied tasks. The main areas you will be responsible for are:

· Member support via e.g. phone, email, and social media

· Administration such as member registers, mail handling, and LOK reporting

· Financial routines such as coding, invoices, payments, and membership fees

· Member services such as membership and seasonal fees, information, and summons, etc.

· Digital routines such as updating the website, social media, and digital services

· Organizing and participating in events such as tournaments, leader meetings, and association/board meetings

· Association support to the board, leaders, and members

· Contact person for the association's internal and external contacts

· Establishing new teams in football and floorball and assisting in finding leaders

We place great emphasis on your personality, but to thrive and function in the role of clerk, we believe you have:

At least high school qualifications, preferably with a focus on sports.

Played football/floorball as a youth and senior.

Leadership experience from team sports, especially on the youth side.

Experience with and administration of websites.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).

Conditions, application, and more information

The position is permanent with a scope of 75%, where work mainly takes place during the day. One fixed day a week, you will also work evenings and during board meetings and external meetings. There may also be weekend work a couple of times a year when we organize tournaments or planning days. Most of the working hours are spent at the office in Solna, but some tasks can also be handled remotely. Fixed salary and start date by agreement.
