About the role

As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will play a central role at Partsrådet's office. You will assist in the implementation of ongoing tasks related to the website, digital mailings, image bank, statistics, and events.

You are a good writer with a keen graphic eye, enjoy keeping many threads going, and thrive when there is a clear deadline. You take responsibility for getting the work done, are meticulous, and contribute to order and structure. Furthermore, you are a supportive and driving force in daily work. You are organized, self-driven, and can plan and prioritize your work. You enjoy working according to established routines and in collaboration with others.

The role is operational and suits you who want to work practically, have varied tasks, and contribute to a professional, accessible, and efficient communication flow in close collaboration with your colleagues at Partsrådet.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has relevant education in communication, media and information science, or equivalent knowledge.

  • Is skilled in writing and editing texts in Swedish.

  • Has a good graphic eye and sense of form and tone.

  • Has experience in operational communication work – through work, internships, or assignments.

It is an advantage if you also:

  • Have experience in image editing.

  • Have experience working in project form.

  • Have worked with external events, webinars, and podcasts.

  • Can produce and interpret statistics in e.g., Google Analytics or equivalent.

Your tasks

  • Write, edit, and publish content on the website and in other digital channels according to the editorial plan. Produce texts and materials for email newsletters, ensuring that content, tone, and graphic profile follow Partsrådet's templates, guidelines, and communication goals.

  • Participate in planning, implementation, and follow-up of webinars, podcasts, and other external activities.

  • Participate in the production of films and other digital materials in collaboration with external suppliers.

  • Follow up and analyze statistics regarding e.g., webinars, films, articles, email newsletters, and other digital initiatives.

  • Keep the image bank updated.
