We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented controller for the department of common insurance issues, operational area of insurance affiliation and customer meetings. Here is an opportunity for you who want to work in an organization with a socially important mission.
Analysis, Strategic Management Support, and Effect Monitoring
In your role as a controller within the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for ensuring that the operational area manager, area managers, and unit managers have access to the support necessary to lead and manage the operations. The role also includes managing both operations and finances and resources. This means you will be responsible for the analysis and interpretation of production flows, operational results, and financial results within your area of responsibility. Particular focus will be directed towards effect monitoring within the operational area.
You will provide strategic support for the operational area. At the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, we actively work with continuous improvements. You will participate in or lead relevant information sessions in the area. Your work will also include preparing materials for monitoring, and you will contribute to the development work within the management group at the operational area level and the controller network that exists in the department. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have a high awareness of security since the agency deals with confidential information.

- has a university degree or equivalent experience and qualifications
- has specialist competence and expertise in operational management
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results

- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals
- has a systematic and meticulous working method.
It is advantageous if you
- have experience working as a controller at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency within the operational area
- have experience with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's financial and monitoring systems
- have knowledge of statistical methods for handling data sets
- have experience working with and analyzing data sets
- have experience communicating and sharing information in groups, e.g., projects/teams.

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Possibility for remote work exists if the job allows.
