You will belong to the central department of finance and system administration and work in a supportive and administrative role with a particular focus on information security. The team you will join primarily works with systems and digitalization, supporting both schools, managers, and internal functions. In your role, you will have contact with both central functions and individual schools/preschools.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As an administrative officer focusing on information security, you will have a varied assignment where you work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues. You will have a coordinating role within data protection and information security for the administration and also work operationally with administrative tasks related to agreements and systems within public authority.
Your main areas of work include:
- Supporting the operations in following the municipality's guidelines for information security and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations such as GDPR, NIS2, and the AI Regulation. You are the administration's coordinator in data protection.
- Managing and documenting information classifications and deviations and providing support to schools and units on issues related to information security.
- Handling register extracts and personal data incidents.
- Participating in the development of routines for safer and more efficient information flows and contributing to the creation and updating of governing documents, guidelines, and informational materials.
- Processing agreements and data processor agreements (PUB agreements) related to systems and other administrative areas.
- Working in systems for absence reporting and handling of bullying in schools, related to public authority.
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience working with data protection and information security.
- Has knowledge in IT law or related legal areas.
Meritorious
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience in risk and vulnerability analyses as well as incident management.
- Experience in training and supporting staff in the correct handling of information and personal data.
- Experience with the systems used in the role, such as DF Respons, Evolution, and WeKan.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.
