About the position

This position is a direct recruitment, which means the recruitment process is conducted through Bravura and you will be employed directly by Bricmate.

Bricmate is a Swedish company founded in 2007, specializing in high-quality granite ceramics. They are inspired by materials, colors, and architecture from around the world, but have a clear Nordic design language as their foundation. With a curated and minimalist range, they create timeless designs with a strong identity. Through close collaborations with selected producers and suppliers, high quality is ensured at every stage – from manufacturing to customer experience.

The company has about 20 employees and is part of a larger group with brands such as Tapwell, Haven, and ROOH. The sales team consists of 13 people operating in Sweden and Norway, and the culture is characterized by entrepreneurship, commitment, and close collaboration. At Bricmate, the decision-making paths are short and the opportunities to influence are great.

💼 Responsibilities

In the role of customer support, you will be responsible for handling and managing incoming inquiries via phone and email regarding Bricmate's products. The questions you handle vary in scope and difficulty, such as order inquiries, delivery questions, complaints, returns, and product information. Initially, you will receive thorough training to understand the company's working methods and systems. You will be part of a small team, and together you will work to create satisfied customers and an efficient working method. In this role, you are encouraged to contribute your ideas, and there are good development opportunities within the company. The workplace is characterized by a wonderful team spirit where everyone works to provide Bricmate's customers with the best service. Your working days are weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Experience in customer service or a supporting role that involves computer and phone skills

  • Good knowledge of Swedish

  • Good computer skills

  • Technical interest is an advantage

In the role of customer service representative, you will speak with many customers daily and are not afraid to take the first step towards a conversation. Additionally, you have good communication skills and are adept at expressing yourself both verbally and in writing. You thrive in social contexts and enjoy talking to customers and providing first-class service. You easily empathize with others' perspectives and build trust with those you work with. You take the time to listen to others, consider their opinions, and are easy to talk to. Furthermore, you take great ownership of your responsibilities and can work just as well independently as in a team.
