About us
The HR unit in Solna is an engaged and welcoming team with employees in various roles and a mix of different competencies within the HR field.
We are now looking for someone to cover a longer parental leave and become part of our wonderful team!
In recruitment, our focus is to develop the city's work through competency-based recruitment. In recruitment, we work consultatively with our approximately 140 managers and tailor our support according to the manager's conditions and needs. We regularly work on developing both ourselves and our managers in the recruitment area through, for example, training, digital tools, and market monitoring.

Your tasks
As a recruiter, your task will be to continuously and proactively support the operations throughout the recruitment process. You will work in the recruitment tool Varbi and serve as a sounding board for managers regarding everything from designing job requirements to creating work samples. The assignment also includes independently conducting parts of the recruitment process, in consultation with the hiring manager for each individual recruitment.
You will belong to the city's HR unit and be the responsible recruiter for some of the city's administrations, as well as work closely with the responsible contact person in the HR department for each area.
This is a stimulating and exciting role in recruitment where you will help develop our methods and processes. The position suits you if you want to work operationally with recruitment combined with strategic elements in the form of various activities/projects.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has:
- a degree from a human resources program or equivalent
- experience in independently managing recruitment processes, preferably in a larger complex organization such as a municipality
- experience in coaching managers with varying recruitment experience
- good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
We consider it a merit if you have:
- experience with the recruitment tool Varbi
- experience/knowledge of competency-based recruitment
- worked with psychological tests as a selection method
- certification in Aon's testing tools
- previous experience in conducting training in recruitment-related topics with a varied number of participants
- previous experience working in an internal recruitment unit.
We believe you will succeed best in the role if you are service-oriented and have the ability to adapt your message to the recipient, both in speech and writing. You take responsibility for your tasks and can independently structure and drive your work forward. You are also goal-oriented, flexible, and thrive in a role where you can contribute to the development of our processes.

The position is a temporary position for about 1 year with a start date according to agreement. You can apply until March 17. Applications are made with a CV but without a cover letter.
