We are now looking for someone who wants to develop, make an impact, and work together with wonderful colleagues in a team where we support each other and have fun at work.
Your mission
As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide customer service via phone and email and handle administrative back-office tasks. You will work closely with several internal functions such as Finance, Service, and Sales.
Your responsibilities include:
-Handling incoming customer inquiries and providing quick and professional support
-Registering fault reports and answering questions about products and assisting customers with some simpler technical questions
-Following up on open cases to ensure high customer satisfaction
-Working in our internal systems with order, contract, and invoicing management
-Contributing improvement suggestions and participating in development initiatives
Who are you?
To thrive and succeed in this role, we hope you:
-Have a few years of experience in customer service, administration, call center, or similar
-Are accustomed to working via phone and digital channels
-Enjoy having many different contacts and tasks at the same time
-Are positive, service-minded, and structured in your work approach
-Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
-Have a strong ability to drive your own work and feel comfortable having a manager who speaks English.
