To be eligible for this position, you must have another primary occupation of at least 50% (either through studies, another job, or being a retiree).

As a receptionist, you will be the heart of the reception at the headquarters in Solna Business Park. You create order, spread good vibes, and ensure everything runs smoothly from the first cup of coffee to the last mail delivery of the day.

You are the company's face to the outside world and an important part of the team. You ensure that both visitors and employees feel welcome and that everything around the reception works smoothly.

Examples of tasks:

• Welcome staff and visitors with a smile

• Prepare coffee and create a pleasant atmosphere in the morning

• Assist with check-in

• Handle administration such as mail, ID06, and ID checks

• Keep the reception organized and ensure everything is functioning

• Internal and external service.

This position is for a limited period during the summer (between weeks 28 - 31)

Working hours: 07:30-11:30 Monday - Friday

You are positive, confident, and have a natural sense of service. You thrive in a role where you get to meet people, create order, and contribute to a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

You are communicative, and experience in reception, customer service, or administration is an advantage, but your attitude and willingness to create a pleasant environment are the most important.

You work in a down-to-earth and energetic environment. Here, safety, good judgment, and the ability to meet different people with warmth and humor are valued.

You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional languages are a plus.
