As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will have a central and coordinating role where you support the marketing and sales team in their daily work. The role is highly operational and involves ongoing customer contact with our key clients regarding marketing activities, campaigns, and sales efforts. You ensure that activities are planned, executed, and followed up in a structured and professional manner.

You will be responsible for sales and results achievement within your own customer and contract areas, in line with the company's sales strategy and budget goals. The role has the mandate to plan the work internally and externally within given frameworks and will ensure that agreed campaigns, launches, and marketing activities are carried out in collaboration with Sales Representatives and the Country Manager.

Marketing & Customer Contact

• Point of contact for key customers regarding marketing activities

• Coordinate and follow up on customer-specific campaigns, marketing materials, and displays

• Ensure correct delivery of marketing materials (digital and physical)

• Compile materials, presentations, and reports for customers

• Planning and management of social media channels

• Newsletters for B2B customers

• Follow up on completed marketing activities and document results

Sales Support & Campaign Assistance

• Support the sales team in planning and executing campaigns and sales activities with key customers

• Develop sales materials, campaign information, price lists, and quote support

• Ensure structure in customer and campaign information

• Follow up on campaigns together with sales and contribute improvement suggestions

Administration & Structure

• Update and maintain customer and campaign data, B2B portal

• Ensure that deadlines, agreed activities, and deliveries are met

• Contribute to improved working methods and routines within marketing and sales
