Your responsibilities

As an administrator with us, you will have a varied and responsible role with both administrative and financial tasks at our sales office in Kista. You work independently and can influence your daily routine, while also being an important part of an engaged and collaborative team.

In this role, you will work in a team characterized by strong team spirit and extensive experience, where open collaboration and deep understanding of our customers and business are central. We value initiative, commitment, and a forward-thinking attitude, and we support each other in our daily tasks to achieve our goals together.

Examples of tasks:

  • Administer and follow up on purchasing documents, orders, and investments

  • Manage office administration and contribute to a well-functioning workplace

  • Plan and coordinate internal activities such as health checks, office events, and celebrations

  • Be the contact person for IT equipment and support colleagues with practical office issues

  • Coordinate contacts with external parties, such as property managers and suppliers

  • Participate in administrative improvement initiatives and development of work methods

Your profile

We are looking for someone with:

  • Completed high school education

  • Administrative experience or background from similar roles

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious: experience from sales, service, or office work, for example as a receptionist or administrator.

You are meticulous, structured, and systematic, take initiative, and follow up on tasks responsibly. You are service-oriented, enjoy building and maintaining various networks, and thrive on working with many varied tasks simultaneously in a dynamic and changing work environment. You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues at different levels and actively contribute to a positive work climate.

Employment type: Consultant via Skill, 12 months with good opportunities for takeover. Working hours: 60%, Tuesday–Thursday on-site in Kista.
