At the HR unit in Solna municipality, we have extensive combined expertise and experience. We are responsible for providing professional and qualified management support in the HR area to the city's administrations. Our mission is to create conditions for Solna municipality to be an attractive employer with engaged leaders and employees who together create good results.
We work closely with the operations and are an important part of developing the city's employer policy, competence supply, and work environment efforts. Within the HR unit, we have HR consultants and HR strategists, recruiters, digital HR, and payroll. Together, we form a competent and committed team that collaborates closely and without prestige.

What does the job entail?
As a Senior HR Consultant with us, you will be responsible for providing qualified and consultative support to managers across the entire HR area. You will work both operationally and strategically with one or more administrations and be an important partner in matters related to labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, wage formation, and competence supply. You will represent HR in the administration's management group and actively contribute the HR perspective to the issues discussed there. Do you have experience and interest in a specialist area within HR? Then there may be an opportunity to delve into that, depending on interest and the needs of the operations.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant academic education in HR, human resources, or similar
- Several years of experience in broad qualified HR work and managerial support in a larger organization
- Good knowledge and experience in labor law, competence supply, and negotiation
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish both orally and in writing
- Good IT skills and interest in digital tools
We consider it an advantage if you have previous experience from a politically governed organization. We also see it as beneficial if you have prior experience working with the collective agreement General Terms and Conditions as well as working as HR in a management group.
You are a good communicator with the ability to create trusting relationships and collaborate across organizational boundaries. We also see that you have a strong commitment to driving processes and development forward, and you work independently with a focus on creating value for the operations.
With us, it is important that you have a consultative and solution-oriented approach, while also valuing structure and clarity. With your experience in HR, you have good judgment and inspire confidence through your knowledge and experience. You understand the conditions of the operations, master both the operational and strategic HR work, and deliver with high quality and professional treatment.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting according to agreement.
