The Department of Health and Care is responsible for providing care, support, and assistance to the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as providing support to their relatives. The Position and Responsibilities

As a Local Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that the department's premises are suitable, functional, and adapted to the needs of the operations.

You will serve as an operational and advisory support to managers and employees in local-related matters and be an important link between the operations and the technical and property management. The work includes both operational and developmental tasks and requires an understanding of the specific requirements of care and support operations regarding premises, accessibility, and living environments.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating moves in and out of the department's various housing forms
• Driving the work on tenant adaptations and local adjustments
• Following up on the reporting process for faults and participating in discussions regarding corrective actions
• Supporting managers in local-related matters and contributing expertise in discussions and decisions
• Participating in and influencing the planning of maintenance and action plans together with technical and property management
• Inventorying and analyzing the operational needs for premises and participating in the development of a premises needs plan
• Ensuring that the relocation of operations and evacuations function satisfactorily

The role involves varied and developing work with clear responsibility for the premises. You will be an important link between operations, managers, and technical and property management, contributing to creating efficient processes and a well-functioning work environment.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who has completed a vocational training program in the property area or equivalent education and/or experience that the employer deems equivalent and relevant for the position. You must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience with local or property-related issues within health and care.
• Experience working with local management, tenant adaptations, apartment inspections, relocation processes, and property-related issues.

To succeed in the role of Local Coordinator, you are flexible, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and in teams. You have the ability to drive development work and create structure while navigating across several operational areas and departments within the municipality.
