About the Role

As a Consultant Manager with us, you will have significant responsibility and great opportunities. You will drive the entire staffing process from start to finish – from client contact and proposal work to matching, recruitment, and follow-up. Your performance is directly linked to your compensation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and nurturing relationships with clients in healthcare and social services
• Recruiting and matching consultants based on client needs
• Creating business and developing your own portfolio
• Working independently with support from an engaged and modern company

We are looking for someone who

• Is driven, responsible, and enjoys working on commission
• Has experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales (preferred but not required)
• Is communicative, trustworthy, and has a strong work ethic
• Wants to develop and build something long-term with us
