Interim Chief Financial Officer Needed for Retail/E-commerce

We are currently seeking an interim Chief Financial Officer for our client operating in the retail/e-commerce sector.

The role encompasses overall responsibility for the company's financial management, financial planning, and reporting. You will be responsible for ensuring that all payments, invoicing, and cash flows are handled correctly and efficiently within the organization. The role is broad and combines strategic leadership with operational responsibility for the fundamental processes of the finance function.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsibility for the core functions of the finance department, including ongoing accounting, monthly closings, annual closings, analysis, and cash flows.
• Ongoing support to the CEO in operational work, as well as contributing financial analysis and decision-making support in strategic work and board activities.
• Consolidated reporting (3 companies): Overall responsibility for the consolidated reporting for the parent company and its two subsidiaries.
• Supervision of a financial consultant.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• Relevant academic degree in finance
• At least three (3) years of experience in a leading financial role (e.g., CFO, Accounting Manager)
• Solid knowledge of relevant accounting standards
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

The work is expected to primarily take place on-site at the client's beautiful offices in central Stockholm.
