Customer Support at Retriever

Then you might be the one we are looking for. Retriever is now looking for a solution-oriented and service-minded person to join its Customer Support team in central Stockholm.

About the Role

As a Customer Support representative, you will have a varied role with significant responsibility. You will be part of a team of five people who work closely together to deliver world-class service.

Examples of Responsibilities

  • Handle support cases through various channels.
  • Be responsible for customer communication and dialogue in Retriever's platform.
  • Identify and drive improvements in support functions and processes.
  • Plan and conduct training to onboard and support customers.

  • Experience in support, customer success, or customer service, preferably in a digital or technical environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
