About the Role

We are now looking for an Acquisition Expert / Field Sales Representative for Uber's mobility operations. Our goal is to expand the supply of drivers in approximately 120 cities across 13 countries. As an acquisition expert, you will be Uber's representative in the market, where you will ensure that more drivers join the platform through calls and visits.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market visits to generate new drivers
• Holding information sessions for current and prospective drivers about Uber's value proposition
• Conducting outbound calling campaigns to potential and newly registered drivers
• Building and maintaining relationships with drivers and understanding their needs
• Supporting drivers through the registration process and ensuring they get started
• Managing strategic partnerships with third parties
• Gathering market insights to optimize operations

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in sales (field or inside sales) or another customer-facing role
• Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by achieving results
• Is proactive and finds solutions quickly and efficiently
• Is an outgoing people person with a natural ability to engage others
• Is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic work environment
