Our vision is a society where people with mental health issues and psychiatric conditions are respected, receive the support they need, and where no one should find themselves in a situation where the only way out is perceived to be taking their own life.

We are looking for a fundraising marketing coordinator for Mind's Communications and Fundraising team. The marketing coordinator will primarily support fundraising operations and contribute graphic content, being an integral part of the entire communications and fundraising unit consisting of 7-8 people. The team is led by the Head of Communications and Fundraising.

This role is a newly established position responsible for practically driving and implementing decided fundraising initiatives.

The role has an important operational function and aims to work together with project managers for individual and corporate fundraising to achieve fundraising goals in accordance with Mind's strategy for sustainable financing. The role also includes practically creating, designing, and delivering graphic content for various channels and purposes.

We are looking for someone who is structured, creative, and has a strong ability to drive projects within decided frameworks.

Experience in fundraising and the non-profit sector, as well as knowledge of mental health and suicide prevention, is meritorious.

Responsibilities

• Practically drive and implement fundraising initiatives according to decided plans.
• Create, design, and deliver graphic content for various channels and purposes.
• Handle administrative tasks related to fundraising work.
• Coordinate and administer own fundraising initiatives, memorial gifts, other fundraising initiatives, mailings, and events.
• Lead production efforts in connection with campaigns, product development, print materials, and administer the upcoming webshop.
• Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to increase fundraising from individuals and companies.
• Participate in working groups and cross-functional teams with a particular focus on fundraising.

Qualifications - Requirements

• Higher education, post-secondary education, or equivalent in communication, marketing, media, and communication studies.
• At least three years of experience working operationally with campaign production management in communication and digital marketing.
• Good experience working with administrative CRM systems.
• Documented experience in creating, designing, and delivering graphic content for various channels and purposes.
• Documented experience in creating graphic content that engages and resonates.
• Documented experience and good understanding of working with digital channels and social media.
• Good experience working in graphic design programs, such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Very good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Experience in fundraising in the non-profit sector, preferably within values-driven operations.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline graphic production, structure, coordination, and project management.
• Knowledge of mental health and suicide prevention.
• Experience in a sales role.
