As a customer service representative, you will be the company's first point of contact and assist customers with questions regarding contracts, invoices, prices, electricity consumption, and other energy-related matters. You will be an important part of a team that works every day to provide customers with a smooth and positive experience.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will among other things:

• Receive and handle incoming calls from customers
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Assist customers with questions about contracts, invoices, moving cases, and electricity consumption
• Perform some administration related to customer cases

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a professional and service-oriented attitude
• Is structured, meticulous, and confident even when the pace varies
• Enjoys taking responsibility and helping customers find solutions
• Has good communication skills and expresses themselves well in Swedish and English
• Has an interest in the energy sector or a desire to learn more

Previous experience in customer service, support, or administration is an advantage but not a requirement – the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn.
