Senior Sales Representative for Trade Shows and Conferences B2B & B2C

Location: Stockholm │ Employment Type: Full-time, permanent │ Start: By agreement

We are looking to expand our sales team in Stockholm and are seeking someone with strong energy, sharp business acumen, and drive to join our headquarters in Stockholm.

About the Role

As a senior sales representative at Hyperight, you will be a central force in launching and building our new trade show and event portfolio. You will work both strategically and operationally to create and develop long-term relationships with exhibitors, sponsors, and partners – and be a key player in driving the business forward.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Selling exhibition spaces, sponsorship packages, and partnership solutions
  • Prospecting and developing new leads within relevant B2B and B2C segments
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships with a focus on long-term value
  • Negotiating contracts and driving deals to closure
  • Working closely with event production and marketing to ensure that sales goals and event strategy align
  • Contributing ideas for new concepts, target groups, and commercial opportunities

Requirements:

  • Documented experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably from events, trade shows, or media
  • Strong communication skills and a sharp negotiation style
  • A consultative sales technique where you create value rather than volume
  • Ability to work goal-oriented and independently
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

  • Experience or network within tech, innovation, or business-driven industries
