ABOUT THE POSITION

As a sales loan administrator at Lendo, you play a key role in their team. Your main task is to contact customers who have previously been in touch with Lendo, listen to their needs, and sell the right solution for their situation. With an advisory and relationship-building approach, you help the customer find the best solution for them. The aim is to help them find the best loan based on their individual situation. You will belong to a team of 18 people, and here the phone will truly be your primary tool. You will actively work with needs analysis, applications, and follow-ups to maximize both customer satisfaction and business results.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • 📞 Contact customers who have previously been in touch with Lendo, listen to their needs, and sell the right solution for their situation. The phone will be your primary tool where you actively work with needs analysis, applications, and follow-ups to maximize both customer satisfaction and business results. Therefore, you need to feel comfortable making many customer calls per day and enjoy it.
  • 💡 With an advisory and relationship-building approach, you help the customer find the best solution for them. The aim is to help them find the best loan based on their individual situation.
  • 🎯 You maintain a high level of phone activity – every call is an opportunity to help a customer and create added value.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has previous experience in sales, and a natural sense for creating business and customer value where you see an opportunity in every call. Being communicative, driven, structured, and thriving in a fast-paced work environment with high activity will be essential.
  • Has completed high school.
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and has a good command of English.

  • Are driven to find sales opportunities and convert them into concrete results.
