Anticimex is starting a new central customer service function to handle pest control calls from all over Sweden. We are now looking for full-time consultants who want to be part of this from the beginning and contribute with structure, service, and security in an important customer-facing role.

About the position

Our client Anticimex is a global company specializing in preventive damage services. The company helps both individuals and businesses protect their buildings and operations by identifying and addressing risks such as moisture, pests, and fires.

The role involves handling incoming pest control calls from all over Sweden. To achieve this, we are now building a team of approximately 10 employees and are looking for full-time customer service representatives during the period of April to September.

The phone is your primary working tool, and the job mainly consists of receiving incoming calls. The role also includes repetitive and administrative tasks, which means you need to enjoy a structured and recurring work style.

The need is greatest during the period from April to September. Please note that vacation will not be possible during this period.

Practical requirements:

  • Working hours: The working hours vary between shifts 07:00–15:45, 07:45–16:30, and 08:15–17:00. The majority of shifts will be scheduled for the latter two times.
  • Location: Anticimex headquarters, Marievik, Liljeholmen.
  • Execution: The work is 100% on-site at the office.
  • Introduction: 10 days of training at the office to provide you with the right conditions for the role.

Job responsibilities

The phone is your primary working tool, and the position mainly involves incoming calls as well as repetitive tasks, which requires you to be comfortable with a structured and recurring work environment.

  • Provide guidance and support to customers via incoming phone calls.
  • Update and correct customer information and manage assignments.
  • Plan and schedule follow-up visits and perform updates and searches of cases.
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has completed high school education.
  • Has experience in customer service, support, or another service-oriented role.
  • Enjoys using the phone as a working tool.
  • Has good system skills and is proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Has very good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
  • Can work during the period from April to September without planned vacation.

It is a plus if you have

  • Previous experience with invoice inquiries.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of pests.
