On behalf of the government, the Swedish National Property Board (SFV) manages our shared natural and cultural heritage. We manage a diverse range of state-owned properties – including government buildings, courts, castles and royal estates, theatres, museums, embassies, as well as one-seventh of the country's area consisting of forests and land.

As employees, we are proud to work for a government agency, operate based on the state's value system, and contribute to positive societal development.

The HR department is responsible for strategically driving and developing a unified personnel policy that permeates the organization, aligning with the organization's vision and long-term goals, and ensuring SFV is an attractive employer. HR works across the agency on strategic competence supply, workplace culture, employee engagement, and leadership. We lead processes regarding the working environment, joint competence development, and manage the SFV Academy. Our area of responsibility also includes consultative support and guidance to the rest of the organization, as well as collaboration and negotiation with employee organizations. The HR team consists of ten colleagues working together, where everyone has independent responsibility for taking initiative and driving the work forward. Welcome to a development-oriented HR team!
