Do you want to be the spider in the web at one of Stockholm's most creative and successful high schools? We are currently looking for a structured and service-oriented administrator for a parental leave substitute position.
About the position
As a school administrator at VRG Campus, you will play a central role in our operations. Together with an administrative colleague, you form the heart of the school's administration, providing daily support to school leadership, teachers, and students alike. The assignment is about creating the best possible conditions for pedagogical work through efficient and professional administration.
The employment is a substitute position from August 3, 2026, to July 2027 (or by agreement).
The activities of the Viktor Rydberg Schools Foundation are innovative and characterized by high quality and a desire to learn – for both students and staff. We learn together and through that, we go further. Viktor Rydberg Schools consist of three high schools and four primary schools, with the latest primary school starting in August 2021 in Fisksätra. The organization's growth offers you great opportunities for positions at several of our schools.
Your tasks
You will work broadly with a focus on supporting both staff and students. Your main tasks include:
Staff & Finance: Administration regarding staff absence, wellness programs, expense reporting, and reimbursement handling.
Student Administration: CSN reporting, grade administration, and preparation of data for statistics and authority reporting.
Daily Operations: Responsibility for the school's internal services, purchases/orders, room bookings, and mail handling.
Resource Planning: Operational management and scheduling of the school's student resources and associated administration.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a high school diploma (requirement). It is highly meritorious if you have further education in finance, HR, or administration, as well as previous experience from a school setting.
To succeed in the role, we see that you:

- Have a good ability to prioritize and work systematically even when the pace is high.
- Are attentive and communicative with high social competence and a professional approach.
- Have very good IT skills. We work in Google Workspace (Google Apps for Education), so experience with this is a big plus.
