Do you want to work in a central role where you can combine system administration, development, and operational support? We are currently seeking a System Administrator with experience in property management systems for a long-term consulting assignment within the public sector in Huddinge.

About the Assignment

In the role of System Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the property management systems Fast2 and GreenView. You will work across both systems to ensure they are efficient, user-friendly, and tailored to the organization's needs.

You will serve as a key link between operations, system vendors, and technical solutions, with a focus on both administration and development.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for system administration, development, and administration of Fast2 and GreenView
• Handle support cases, error reports, and user inquiries
• Work with integrations between different systems
• Participate in and drive the development of features, such as those related to signing services and BankID
• Work with property economic functions such as invoicing and billing
• Establish and follow up on system administration plans in collaboration with system owners
• Coordinate and implement system upgrades, including testing and contact with vendors
• Responsible for documentation, user support, and training initiatives
• Work to increase user value and efficiency in the systems

Requirements

• Experience in system administration, preferably within property management systems
• Good understanding of integrations and system development
• Experience working with financial and payment flows in systems
• Ability to work closely with operations and translate needs into system solutions
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
