You will join a team developing and testing capability-based planning in practice. The focus is on producing structured analytical underpinnings that drive decision-making and progress within the organization.

• Create PowerPoint presentations with clear structure and high-quality design

• Build and develop Excel underpinnings (data models, pivot tables, Power Query)

• Create simple reports and visualizations in Power BI

• Structure and analyze data from capability maps and gap analyses

• Link analysis to initiatives that drive decisions and progress

• Clear and decision-driving presentations

• Structured and useful data models in Excel

• Power BI visualizations supporting analysis and follow-up

• Underpinnings linking needs, gaps, and initiatives

Mandatory Competencies:

• Early in your career with practical experience in analysis, BI, or controlling (e.g., via internships, thesis projects, or first employment)

• Advanced Excel skills

• Power BI at a basic to intermediate level

• Strong skills in PowerPoint and presentation design

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

• Ability to write concisely and clearly

Meritorious Skills:

• Basic understanding of portfolio management and value/risk

• Experience with SQL and/or DAX

• Experience with Azure DevOps

• Structured and meticulous

• Communicative with the ability to simplify complex information

• Proactive and solution-oriented

• Ability to work closely with the business
