Schjødt is seeking an HR Generalist (Interim) for our Stockholm Office

About the Role
We are looking for an HR Generalist for an interim position of approximately 12 months, starting in June 2026. You will become an important part of an engaged Nordic HR team, independently responsible for operational HR work at our Stockholm office while assisting in several exciting cross-border processes.
The role is broad and varied with excellent opportunities for development. You will be involved in recruitment processes, employer branding, compensation & benefits, performance management, salary surveys, maintaining and updating policy documents, and general HR administration. Furthermore, in your daily work, you will support and handle HR inquiries for people managers and employees.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is proactive, unpretentious, highly engaged, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should feel comfortable working independently while maintaining close collaboration with your HR colleagues in Oslo. It is crucial that you are meticulous and structured, as you will have a wide range of tasks with several parallel areas of responsibility and processes. You are service-oriented, enjoy finding new solutions, and value delivering high quality. Since the role involves many contacts both internally and externally, it is essential that you have the ability to collaborate well with others. Handling information with high integrity is a given.
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to:
- Have an academic education in HR or equivalent
- Have experience in a broad, operational HR Generalist role
- Have basic knowledge of Swedish labor law
- Have experience with high-tempo recruitment and high volumes of applications
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Be structured, meticulous, and relationship-building with a natural service-oriented approach
It is an added advantage if you have experience from a law firm, accounting firm, consultancy, or similar professional service business, as well as experience in fast-paced environments with many parallel initiatives.
