About the Role
In the role of Deputy Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for land access issues within investment and reinvestment projects for Swedish National Grid's facilities. You are responsible for managing contacts and negotiations within the real estate legal area, including contract drafting, damage compensation, and documentation. Additionally, you have budget responsibility for your projects and represent Swedish National Grid at land surveying proceedings and in court.
With us, you have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in various areas of responsibility and shape your role according to your experience and ambitions. We are growing and developing, which means you will have excellent opportunities for professional development and to help streamline land access work.
You will belong to a growing unit, Land Access North & South, which, together with another unit, works to ensure Swedish National Grid's land and real estate legal matters. The land access units consist of 35 people and belong to the Permits and Land Access section, a growing section with approximately 100 employees responsible for ensuring accessibility, as well as permits and rights to construct and maintain Swedish National Grid's facilities.
