Job Description

We are looking for a genuine team player who is passionate about Supply Chain Management and wants to help develop our business together with our customers!

AFRY Supply Chain Management consists of around 50 engaged consultants in logistics, production, and procurement. Now we want to expand our operations with another experienced consultant.

With our combined experience and competence, we help our customers with assignments and projects within Supply Chain Management. The nature of the assignments varies depending on the customer's challenge and inquiry; no two assignments are alike. Our engagements cover, among other things, operational development and support, in-depth analyses and feasibility studies, development of requirement specifications and tenders, as well as advisory services during implementation and business change.

As an experienced consultant, your tasks may include the following:

• Strategic and operational production planning
• Project logistics (feasibility studies, implementation, and execution)
• Layout and material flow analysis (green/brown field)
• Operational, tactical, and strategic procurement
• Requirement specification, procurement, and implementation of business systems (e.g., ERP/WMS)

A great curiosity and the ability to share your knowledge with both customers and colleagues are important parts of the culture in our team. You are expected to work actively together with our engaged employees, salespeople, and managers to continue developing the business to be able to take on more and larger holistic commitments within Supply Chain Management!

Qualifications

We are looking for innovative individuals, preferably with a Master of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent, and have worked in the field for 10+ years. You have experience driving your own projects within Supply Chain Management through leading line and/or consultant roles. Preferably, you have the ability to quickly understand the customer's challenge to jointly develop sustainable, innovative solutions of high quality. You enjoy working in teams and are accustomed to collaborating with cross-functional groups towards set goals.

It is important that you are interested in building and developing relationships both internally and externally, and that you are attentive and communicative. We require that you hold a Class B driver's license, as travel may be a natural part of your role at times. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
