We are now seeking a Property Manager for Locum.

About the Assignment

This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible, expected to continue until May 2027. Some remote work is possible, but the majority of the work will be on-site.

The Property Manager has overall responsibility for all matters concerning the properties they manage. The Property Manager has full budget and result responsibility for assigned management objects and reports to the Regional Property Manager. The Property Manager has the authority to make all decisions regarding their properties within the prevailing approval and decision-making procedures. The Property Manager is responsible for optimizing the management of the object in a professional manner to achieve the goals set for the business. The Property Manager builds long-term, trust-based relationships and collaborates closely with customers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Dialogue on space requirements with customers, customers' space planners, or similar functions.
  • Answer questions regarding lease agreements from customers.
  • Dialogue with and information to customers regarding upcoming and ongoing construction projects or other matters concerning the managed property.
  • Rent negotiations and preparation of lease and supplementary agreements with attachments.
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and result follow-up.
  • Preparation of materials for investment planning.
  • Leading steering groups during the implementation of construction projects where you are the project owner.
  • Follow-up on ordered construction projects.
  • Ensuring that correct property and customer information exists in the management systems regarding the managed object.
  • Analysis of operational statistics together with the operations controller and making decisions on necessary measures.
  • Preparation of analyses, plans, and reports for the managed objects.
  • Property-wide signage on managed objects.
  • Lease agreements for parking spaces.
  • Ensuring that inspections are carried out on common areas and outdoor environments on assigned managed objects.
  • Participate in strategic process work and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Incident reporting and damage notification for insurance (damage account).
  • Contribute to development within the work area and participate in internal development projects.
  • Perform other tasks upon request.

Your Qualifications

  • University or college education in economics/engineering/law or other relevant areas.
  • At least three years of experience in similar positions within the real estate industry.
  • Knowledge of real estate economics and rental law.
  • Basic knowledge of construction and installation technology.
  • Some knowledge of LOU (Public Procurement Act) and AFF (Public Procurement Ordinance).
