We are currently seeking an Area Property Manager for Micasa.

About the Assignment

This is a full-time position starting immediately, expected to last for 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Your Responsibilities

As an Area Property Manager, you will hold broad responsibility for both strategic and operational issues within your management area.

• Hold individual property management responsibility for selected properties.

• Hold overall and collective responsibility for efficient and quality-assured management, value development, and financial results for the entire management area.

• Hold supervisory responsibility within your management area, implying the coordination of internal resources as well as leading and supporting Property Managers and Social Coordinators in operational matters.

You will have overall responsibility for the management area's:

• Operating net income, with budget responsibility for both revenues and costs.

• Long-term value and management strategy.

• Business plans for the properties.

• Customer satisfaction.

• Rental agreements.

• Handover of renovation and new construction projects into management.

As well as responsibility for:

• Practical problem-solving and operational conflict resolution.

• Ensuring that routines are followed and developed, and that the desired delivery quality is achieved.

• Reporting to the unit manager regarding status, needs, and risks.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience working with property management.

• Good knowledge of property law.

• Good knowledge of property economics.

• Experience with customer responsibility.

• Experience acting as an internal client for construction projects.

• Basic knowledge of property technology.
