We are currently looking for a Group Business Controller for an international company in strong growth within life science. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and the executive team, holding a position where your analyses and insights contribute directly to strategic decisions, profitability, and continued expansion. This is a role for you who want to combine analytical excellence with business-oriented work while helping to develop modern ways of working within controlling, data, and BI.

About the Role

As a Group Business Controller, you will have a central role in the group's financial management. You will work closely with the business, providing analyses, forecasts, and decision support that help the organization make better and faster decisions.

The role involves both strategic and operational work, giving you the opportunity to develop structures, improve processes, and further develop the organization's data-driven way of working.

Examples of Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic sparring partner to the CFO, management, and international business units
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year planning
• Be responsible for management reporting and board materials
• Ensure clear and business-oriented performance tracking
• Develop analyses, financial models, and decision support
• Further develop BI structures, data models, and dashboards (Power BI)
• Drive improvement initiatives within controlling, automation, and data-driven decision support

We Believe You

We are looking for someone with experience from Business Controlling, FP&A, or a similar role, preferably in an international environment or group structure. You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable working with complex financial relationships. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI and are motivated to turn data into business insights. You are business-oriented, communicative, and comfortable presenting analyses and recommendations to management and other decision-makers. At the same time, you thrive in dynamic environments and are driven to develop and improve ways of working, processes, and structures. Experience with or interest in AI-based analysis tools and automation is an asset.
