Responsibilities
The role of Consulting Manager entails overall responsibility for both the consultant and the client. You will drive and oversee the entire recruitment process, from the initial meeting with the client to selection and interviews. Subsequently, you will have personnel responsibility for the consultant and follow-up responsibility towards the client. The tasks cover a broad spectrum ranging from sales and recruitment to development talks and personnel matters.
In the role of Consulting Manager at Andara, you will work independently but also in close collaboration with your colleagues to ensure satisfied consultants and clients.
You will become a key person in our continued success and will be involved in constantly refining and developing our recruitment and staffing processes. Together with you, we want to find new ways to attract the most talented candidates and retain our skilled consultants.
Who are you?
You should have at least 3 years of experience in similar tasks and a broad understanding of recruitment, leadership, and sales. You must have a relevant academic education in HR or personnel administration. You are communicative and find it easy to express yourself both verbally and in writing. Good computer skills and experience with various HR systems are required. Very good knowledge of LinkedIn regarding search and candidate sourcing is an asset. A driver's license is a requirement.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and driven to create business. You are structured, straightforward, and clear, with a strong personal drive and the ability to independently deliver results, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
You have a genuine interest in sales and thrive in a role where you get to combine relationship building with business acumen. Since the role involves close contact with both candidates and clients, you are outgoing, communicative, and skilled at building long-term relationships at all levels. As a person, you are social, curious, and forward-looking, motivated by achieving results and developing the business.

Location: Drottninggatan 29, Stockholm, with the possibility of hybrid work
