As a Consulting Manager, you will take on a key role responsible for both client relationships and consultants. You will work closely with your clients, understand their needs, and ensure they get the right person in the right place, while also being a reliable and engaged partner for your consultants.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage staffing solutions for both new and existing clients
• Build and develop long-term client relationships
• Drive entire recruitment processes from start to finish
• Develop job profiles together with the client
• Write job ads and attract the right candidates
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews
• Perform reference checks and ensure candidate quality
• Match the right consultant with the right assignment
• Follow up and support consultants on-site at client locations
• Proactively work to solve clients' ongoing staffing needs

Personal Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in people, organizational development, and sports. We work with a wide range of industries and services, which means you will face new exciting scenarios and meetings every day. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is forward-looking, curious, and fearless, yet confident enough to handle these situations. In this role, you will work with several processes in parallel, so you should also have good prioritization skills to drive the right projects forward.

Furthermore, you are a person with excellent social skills and find it easy to build relationships.

You have:

• Several years of experience in a client-facing role where you have delivered high service while developing within the company
• Taken ownership and driven your tasks all the way to achieved goals
• A relevant post-secondary education
• Perhaps you have worked in a similar role at a competitor

A valid Class B driver's license is a requirement.
