Your Employment Offer

This is a consultancy assignment starting in April 2026, full-time for just over 2 months, lasting until mid-June. This is a consultancy assignment for you who want to contribute directly with your competence in text and digital publishing. You get a role where your craft as a communicator is at the center, from formulating messages to ensuring that content is published correctly and efficiently. At the same time, you will be part of an exciting development work related to a new web and brand platform. You work closely with colleagues in a non-hierarchical environment where collaboration and quality are highly valued, and where you quickly become an important resource in the team.

Your Tasks

In the role of communicator, you will have a clear focus on content production and publishing, while supporting ongoing development work.

You will, among other things:

• Write, edit, and adapt texts for web and digital channels
• Work in publishing tools and ensure that content is published correctly
• Participate in the work with the new website, both structure and content
• Contribute to the development of an updated brand platform
• Support the operations with content and messages in various contexts
• Handle and structure information from several parts of the organization

Worth Knowing

The assignment is a consultancy project of just over 2 months, starting immediately or by agreement and lasting until mid-June. You will be based at ICA Fastigheter's office in Solna with the possibility of some flexibility. You will become part of a smaller communication function and work closely with colleagues in an organization with many contact points and a high pace.

Our Expectations

We are looking for you who are a reliable communicator with good experience of working with text production and publishing tools. You have experience of writing for web and digital channels and feel comfortable working in CMS. You have a good understanding of how content is structured and adapted for different target groups.

It is an asset if you have experience of working with web projects or have been involved in the development of websites and brand platforms. If you have worked in a larger organization with many information flows, we see that as a plus.

As a person, you are non-hierarchical, collaborative, and self-reliant. You find it easy to create structure, take responsibility for your work, and thrive in a role where you quickly need to get up to speed in new contexts and contribute operationally from the start.
