I am a social, active, and outgoing 25-year-old guy living with my family and our dog. I enjoy spending time with friends, and my family means a lot to me! I have a great passion for music and play the guitar as much as I can! I swim regularly and engage in many other activities outside the home. My disabilities mean that I need personal assistance with all my basic needs, but equally important is helping me to develop and pursue my interests. With your help, I want to be able to live spontaneously and do what I feel like doing.

I am looking for you who are engaged and responsible in what you do, as well as flexible in your way of working. You will assist me at home, during leisure time, at day activities, and during short-term stays. Your workplace is wherever I am, so you should be able to join me on trips/camps and adapt to new situations.

I need cognitive support to feel safe. For the sake of communication, it is important that you are attentive to my signals and speak good Swedish. I would appreciate it if you share my interests and are a person who values communication highly, has lots of energy, is creative and resourceful, and has the ability to take initiative and see what needs to be done. If you can play the guitar, that would be super cool, but it is not a must.

You should have generally good physical fitness as the job involves some lifting and transfers. I require you to be a non-smoker.

Scope: The position is approximately 80%. Scheduled working hours include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
