This is a part-time position, making the role perfect to combine with studies or other employment.
As a Customer Experience Manager (receptionist role), you will become a central part of the experience at Europeiska Motor's facilities. Here you will work in an environment characterized by warm customer meetings, teamwork, and a high level of service thinking. You are responsible for welcoming visitors, supporting daily operations, and being an important part of the customer journey.
Job Description
As a Customer Experience Manager, you will, together with your team, own everything that happens in the showroom. You are the first person customers meet and you are responsible for guiding customers in the hall. You ask questions to identify the customer's needs and then hand them over to a salesperson on site. In addition to physical customer service, you will also work with more administrative tasks. The position is based in Rissne, so it is good if you live nearby. In addition to your immediate team, you will work closely with other departments such as sales, delivery, and the service department. Other tasks include:
- Organizing vehicles in the facility's car park
- Maintaining a consistently high visual standard in the showroom
- Answering the facility's telephone
- Parking inventory
- Inventory and purchasing of office supplies
- Handling test drives
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their career but has already gained some experience in service, perhaps from a hotel, retail store, or other customer-facing role. You enjoy meeting people, are curious, unpretentious, and have a natural ability to make others feel welcome. As a person, you are responsible, structured, and confident in taking your own initiatives when the situation requires it. Europeiska Motor always strives to deliver world-class service. The role involves a lot of personal responsibility, which leads us to believe that you have a good ability to structure and prioritize among daily tasks. You always work together with colleagues, both within your department and in close relation to other departments. We also see that you as an applicant have:
- Class B driver's license
Offer
You will be employed by Barona with additional benefits via collective agreements. The position is a part-time employment with working hours between 09:00 and 18:00. In addition, we are also looking for a part-time employee where working hours can vary during weekdays and weekends. Weekend work takes place mainly between 11:00 and 15:00, and we can be flexible with the schedule to find solutions that suit you. This part-time role is ideal for you who, for example, are studying and want to combine work with your studies. At the start, you will undergo training that provides knowledge about service and the customer's products.
