What will you be doing?
As a registrar, your tasks include:
- Opening and closing cases. Ongoing case registration and quality control.
- Monitoring and managing the Agency's mailboxes, both digital and physical.
- Providing support and service to the operations, as well as advising on case handling matters.
- Other tasks within the registrar function, such as file management and archiving of registered documents.
- Handling contacts with the public, including processing requests and releasing public documents.
As a registrar, you will be part of the Agency's signals intelligence protection organization and dispatch staffing.

Requirements for employment:
- Relevant educational background for the assignment.
- Experience working as a registrar at a government authority.
- Knowledge of administrative, public access, and secrecy legislation.
In addition, we consider the following competencies, skills, and experiences important for you to thrive with us:
High importance is placed on:
- Good skills in working with case management systems.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word.
- Experience in handling security-classified documents.
- Experience of being part of a signals intelligence protection organization.
- Personal qualities such as good teamwork, responsibility, and thoroughness. You have a holistic perspective and a good attitude.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. For this work, it is of great importance to be able to express oneself well and correctly in writing. A test of writing skills may therefore be conducted.
- Basic knowledge of English.
Great importance is placed on:
- Qualified registrar or university education in case management.
What does the unit do?
The Unit for Archives and Document Management is responsible for the Agency's archives and registers and establishes the Agency's document management plan. The unit investigates preservation and weeding and is responsible for the Agency's reporting of public documents through case registration, archive reporting including classification structure, and document management plan. In addition, the unit is also responsible for archive care. The unit employs both registrars and archivists who work closely together, even though their main responsibilities and tasks differ.

About the employment
You will be employed as an administrator with placement at our office in Solna. The position is a permanent full-time position starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date is negotiable.
As an employee at the Public Health Agency of Sweden, you may be subject to wartime placement. Some positions are classified in a security class where Swedish citizenship may be a requirement. Security clearance will then be conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
At the Agency, there may be an opportunity to agree on remote work for up to 40 percent of your working hours.
