About the Role

You will be based in modern offices in central Stockholm and become part of an engaged audit team with varied levels of experience. As an Audit Manager, you will work with a broad client portfolio across different industries and sizes, responsible for reviewing clients' accounting and management as well as providing proactive advice on areas for improvement. You will hold a central role in the team with responsibility for auditing, budgeting, coaching, and leadership. The role offers significant room for personal responsibility, the opportunity to build long-term client relationships, and the ability to influence your own development.

About You

We are looking for someone with solid experience in auditing who wishes to continue developing in a leadership role. You are goal-oriented, structured, and possess strong business acumen with the ability to build long-term relationships. At the same time, you are an attentive relationship builder who thrives in a dynamic environment where client needs are at the center. To succeed in this role, we require you to:

• Be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or have at least 7 years of experience in the auditing profession.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, preferably with a focus on accounting/auditing.
• Have excellent command of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Have an interest in digital solutions and wish to be part of the industry's digitalization journey.
