About the role

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that OKQ8 offers digital and instructor-led training initiatives that the business demands. You will work closely with colleagues in the Learning & Development team and our People organization to identify needs and find creative solutions that help us meet competency development needs within the business.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a curious team player who is eager to take on new tasks and is creative, independent, and structured in your way of working. You have problem-solving skills, can see connections, and understand how processes and activities fit together. In this role, we place great importance on pedagogical and communication skills, both in speech, writing, and visuals.

We believe you:

  • have at least a couple of years of work experience from the Learning & Development area or media & communication.
  • have good communication and pedagogical skills.
  • have experience in digital training production, preferably from Articulate (Rise and Storyline), Adobe (Illustrator and Animate), or similar tools.
  • have an interest in graphic production and image creation.

  • have experience from retail or service professions.

We offer

At OKQ8, you will work in a flexible environment with important and varied tasks. We encourage collaboration, innovation, and development – and we believe that together we make each other better. Here you become part of a family-like culture where we support each other, have fun together, and where you are given the opportunity to grow and make a difference. We want to be a company that reflects society, with an inclusive culture that reduces exclusion and promotes diversity.
