HR Business Partner with a Focus on Employment Law – Securitas Technology

📍Location: Stockholm. We operate a hybrid work model with great flexibility, personal responsibility, and freedom, combining remote work with time at our office on Lindhagen.

Your Role:

As an HR Business Partner specializing in employment law, you will be responsible for driving the HR agenda for your business areas. You will support managers and business units in achieving our strategy and plans, and you will be part of the relevant management teams. You will work broadly across all HR processes, with a focus on manager support, labor relations, and negotiations. We have specialists in recruitment, competence development, and Comp & Ben.

You will be the HR team's point of expertise in employment law. While several team members are well-versed in the field, you will serve as our expert and go-to person, as well as the lead in dialogue with employer organizations.

You will join an HRBP team of 3 people. You will report to the HR Director and become part of the Swedish HR team, totaling 9 people. We are a knowledgeable group that laughs and grows together, where both specialists and generalists contribute to a dynamic environment. We are stronger together!

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

We believe you possess solid knowledge of employment law. You may come from a role as an employment law specialist looking to broaden your scope, or perhaps you have worked in HR and deepened your expertise specifically in labor law. Most importantly, you feel confident in employment law and wish to work in a broad HR role. Furthermore, you have:

• Broad experience in the HR field, including supporting and coaching managers.
• Well-versed in employment law and labor union collaboration.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience with both white-collar and collective organizations in the private sector.
• Strong ability to handle both operational and strategic HR issues.
• An academic degree in HR, employment law, or a related field, good knowledge of the Office suite, and excellent spoken and written Swedish and English.
