Are you the one we are looking for?
Are you a confident and business-oriented HR specialist who thrives in a group-wide, advisory, and driving role? Do you have extensive experience supporting managers under various collective agreements and driving and negotiating employment law processes? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
About the Role
As an HRBP, you will be our expert across the entire HR field with a focus on employment law. You will serve as a strategic and operational partner to all our managers. You will work on building relationships, developing working methods, processes, and structures while handling various HR-related matters in daily operations. You are responsible for ensuring that we work proactively, in a business-like manner, and in compliance with applicable legislation and collective agreements.
In this role, you will support, train, and develop managers across our approximately 60 companies on all HR matters, implying a varied and operationally close daily routine with many points of contact. You may, together with our employer organizations or independently, drive employment law cases – from advisory and risk assessment to negotiation and conclusion.
Examples of Tasks
- Develop and improve internal processes and working methods across the entire HR field
- Support, coach, and train managers on all HR-related issues
- Drive and manage various employment law processes
- Ensure correct application of laws and collective agreements
We Are Looking for Someone Who
- Has a Bachelor's degree from the PAO program/P-line and at least 10 years of HR experience
- Has extensive experience supporting and training managers on all HR-related issues
- Has documented experience independently driving various types of union negotiations
- Is well-versed in various collective agreements
- Has a willingness and experience in developing HR processes
Personal Qualities
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
- Have strong strategic skills and can translate overarching goals into practical working methods
- Think long-term and work proactively with risk assessment and consequence analysis
- Are analytical and structured with a good ability to prioritize in complex environments
- Are confident, clear, and trustworthy in dialogue with both managers and union representatives
- Combine business acumen with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
We Offer
The position is based in Solna and is part of the HR and Payroll Unit, reporting to the HR Director. We apply a hybrid working model with the possibility of remote work up to two days per week. The position may involve travel, primarily within Sweden but also internationally when needed.
You will become part of an organization that combines local presence with the strength of an international group. You will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and work with HR issues, both strategically and operationally, in a dynamic environment with operations across Sweden.
