DNB Finance is hiring Customer Service Representatives for Stockholm

Who are we?

The Nordic Customer Center within DNB Finance consists of approximately 200 employees distributed across Stockholm, Bergen, and Oslo. In Stockholm, there are four teams – Inbound Sales, Supplier Support, Customer Service, and Autolease Customer Support – with approximately 20 employees in each group.

Who are you?

We believe you are a positive, curious, service-oriented, and responsible person who enjoys creating great customer experiences. You see opportunities rather than problems. You work in a business-like manner, inspire trust, and thrive in a high-pace environment where teamwork is central. You communicate clearly in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. If you have previous experience with customer contact via phone, chat, or email, we consider this a major plus.

You will work with varied tasks, ranging from quick and simple customer inquiries to more complex cases where you get the opportunity to develop your competence. Approximately half of the working time consists of helping customers via phone, and the other half via email and chat. We offer a thorough introduction and training in our products as well as in professional customer handling – all so that you feel secure in your role.

Location & Working Hours

We are located in modern offices right in central Stockholm. Working hours are weekdays 08:30–17:00.

This is a long-term consulting assignment via Next u with immediate start, and there are opportunities for permanent recruitment over time.
