The Account Manager is responsible for sales and result achievement within their own customer and contract areas, in line with the company's sales strategy and budget goals. The role ensures that agreed-upon campaigns, launches, and marketing activities are carried out in collaboration with the Country Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsibility for a defined customer portfolio and achievement of budget targets (revenue and gross profit)
  • Conduct customer visits, trade fair sales, and presentations of product ranges and campaigns
  • Plan and follow up on launches and campaigns in collaboration with the Country Manager
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and campaigns in collaboration with operations and customer service
  • Contribute to customers using the B2B portal for ordering and product information
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the further development of the customer portfolio
  • Actively participate in trade fairs, customer days, and industry events
  • Report sales results, forecasts, and customer insights to the Country Manager

COMPETENCE PROFILE

  • Education in economics, marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales or Key Account Management
  • Experience in B2B sales to chains or larger customers
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial understanding
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM systems
  • Structured and comfortable with sales reporting and budgeting
  • Good language skills in Swedish and English
