About the Unit

The Communication and Liaison Department is part of the Must office, where the Intelligence and Security Center Section is located. The section includes a section head, a main handler, and information handlers. We are a dynamic workplace characterized by collaboration, flexibility, high personal responsibility, engaged colleagues, and present leadership.

Main Responsibilities

The role of Information Handler is suitable for you if you are a positive team player with an interest in case and document management issues. You will work in a team-based environment within the dispatch and liaison service. It is important that you enjoy working with text and information in a technology-intensive environment. The main tasks include registration, file management, and information structuring in various IT systems, as well as receiving, registering, and disseminating information via various communication systems. The work is carried out according to established processes and routines, and we expect you to be involved in further developing these.

Tasks include providing service and supporting others in the organization, both through personal meetings and via administrative support systems. The contacts you will work with exist both nationally and internationally. You will perform the work in a relatively closed environment together with your colleagues or independently and with great personal responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in areas such as information management, records management, public administration, political science, or equivalent. Alternatively, a high school diploma and several years of work experience in administrative work such as case handling, information management, or records management.
  • Documented good computer skills with experience of working in databases, communication systems, or equivalent.
  • Well-developed communication skills in speech and writing, in Swedish and English.

You need a good ability to take personal responsibility and independently prioritize and plan your work. Very high demands are placed on integrity, judgment, and security awareness due to security-protected classified information.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. The qualifications listed above must, upon request, be verifiable through certificates, references, and work or selection tests.

  • Employment Type: Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period.
  • Start Date: As agreed.
  • Work Location: Stockholm. Business travel may occur.
