WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone with solid experience in payroll management who feels confident working independently with the entire payroll process. Everything from preparatory payroll documentation to payroll accounting will be part of the role, so we require you to have experience with all parts of the payroll process. Knowledge of Crona Payroll is not a requirement, but we expect you to have prior experience working with multiple payroll systems and a personal interest in taking on new ones. You also have an interest in HR-related tasks and a desire to develop further in the field.
In this role, we see you as someone with prior experience from fast-paced organizations who enjoys working agilely. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of collective agreements, particularly the Unionens white-collar agreement. Experience in the TV & film industry is a strong asset.
As a person, you are self-reliant and responsible. You enjoy taking ownership of your work and have a natural drive to improve and develop working methods and processes. To succeed in the role, you work in a structured and quality-conscious manner to always deliver high-quality service. You are pedagogical and communicative in your dialogue with the organization and enjoy being surrounded by people in a social and creative work environment with high office attendance.
In this recruitment, SF Studios is collaborating with Wise.
The position is a permanent full-time role located at SF Studios' office in Hagastaden, Stockholm. A probationary period applies. SF Studios applies an Office First policy, which means working on-site five days a week, with some flexibility to balance with private life.
