About the role

As a finance consultant, you will work with technical accounting (reinsurance accounting). It is a broad and responsible role where you handle premiums, claims, and cash flows. You will have many points of contact and collaborate closely with underwriters, headquarters, and external parties such as brokers and insurance companies worldwide.

This is a consulting assignment initially for 6 months, but for the right person, there are excellent opportunities for both extension and permanent employment.

Responsibilities

The role involves working with technical accounting within reinsurance, handling premiums, claims, and cash flows.

• Ongoing technical accounting of premiums, claim payments, and cash flows.
• Closer collaboration with underwriters, business units, and headquarters.
• Communication and reconciliations with international brokers and insurance companies.
• Actively contribute to the development of working methods in an international environment.

We are looking for you who

• Have previous work experience in accounting, finance, and administration.
• Have an educational background in finance.
• Have fluent language skills in both Swedish and English.

It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience working in reinsurance or if you have worked in SAP.
