You will step into a society-critical operation within the energy sector where the IT organization is facing an important agile transformation journey. Today, the project management method PPS and the governance model Pm3 are used together with agile ways of working in different parts of the organization, but there is now a clear need to create a more coordinated direction for the entire IT division.

Here, you will operate at a strategic level and contribute to strengthening efficiency, cross-functional collaboration, and the organization's ability to create value over time. You will work closely with management teams and other key persons and become an important driving force in the development of working methods, leadership, and culture. This is an assignment for you who want to make a real impact in a complex IT environment with high demands on quality, long-term perspective, and change capability.

• You coach and support management teams, middle managers, and other key persons within IT in agile leadership.
• You drive and facilitate the analysis of current working methods and develop agile strategies and change plans that increase efficiency and improve cross-functional collaboration.
• You ensure that agile frameworks and methods, such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and the Spotify Model, are adapted to the organization's needs, goals, and culture.
• You lead the change work and support the cultural transition towards a more agile way of working.
• You identify obstacles at the organizational level and facilitate solutions that create momentum.
• You evaluate and develop the agile maturity within the IT organization.
• You educate on agile methods, mindset, and principles through workshops, courses, and other learning initiatives.

• At least 15 years of experience in change management.
• At least 10 years of experience in a dedicated role as an agile coach.
• At least 5 years of experience leading agile change work in medium-sized or large organizations (at least 500 employees).
• At least 5 years of experience coaching top-level management teams in IT organizations with at least 150 employees in agile ways of working.
• At least 5 years of experience working as a manager and, in that role, being a member of and working in the top management group for IT organizations with at least 150 employees.
• Experience with at least 3 agile frameworks and methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and the Spotify Model.
• At least 15 years of experience in workshop facilitation.
• Experience leading courses and giving lectures at conferences within the agile area on at least five occasions.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not accepted)

• At least 2 years of experience as an agile coach in the public sector.
• At least 2 years of experience within high-security classified operations.
